Diet based on protein and pineapple
You can try the diet based on proteins and pineapple, as addition to the short diets, which is designed for 2 weeks. In this diet, besides pineapple, you can eat vegetables, fruits, mushrooms and meat.
A simple meal for one day:
- 600-700 grams of pineapple;
- 200-300 grams of meat or mushrooms;
- Vegetables or fruits.
The meat must be cooked without oil.
You have to limit the consumption of carbohydrates and to exclude fat from your menu. You will lose 3-5 kg. with this diet in a period of two weeks.
Five-day pineapple diet
The next diet program for weight loss is based on pineapple, designed for five days. During the day consume 2 liters of water, sparkling or natural, fruit or herbal teas. You should have 4 meals per day. Breakfast remains the same for all days.
Menu for the day:
Breakfast:
- 100 grams of pineapple, 100 grams fat free yogurt and oatmeal, or
- Eggs, toast rye bread with butter, 50 grams of pineapple.
Lunch:
- Potato, cheese, 100 grams of pineapple, or
- Salad with shrimp (100 grams) and pineapple (100 grams)
Dinner:
- 100 grams rice, 100 grams of pineapple, or
- Chicken salad and 100 grams pineapple
Benefits of the diet:
The feeling of hunger is very rare. The diet eliminates toxins from the intestines and kidneys.
Possible consequences:
The diet can be contradictory for people suffering from ulcers and have problems with gastric juice. The enormous amount of acid can also harm the healthy people, so you need to know when to stop. For some people the juice from pineapple can cause allergy. You cannot apply the diet for longer period.
