Horseradish, garlic and beer recipe:
- Horseradish roots (20cm length, 2cm width)
- 9 garlic cloves
- Fresh high quality beer
- Glass jar or bottle (1 liter)
First you’ll need to wash the horseradish roots thoroughly, but don’t peel it. Chop it into small pieces and put it in a jar. Peel and wash the garlic cloves and then pour the beer over them, until you fill the bottle or jar. Close the container and store it in a dark place for 10 days.
Consummation: the first two days take 1 teaspoon of the mixture, 2-3 times a day; then continue with 1 tablespoon, 3 times a day, before your meal. This remedy can lower the blood sugar levels within a month and keep it under control.
Oat recipe
Pour 500ml of boiled but cooled off water over 50gr. of oat grains and put in on the stove. Turn your stove to low heat and wait for it to start boiling. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes and remove it from the stove. Set it aside and leave it to soak for an hour.
Consummation: Half a glass of the mixture, 3-4 times a day for 2-3 weeks.
Eggs recipe
Beat an egg and squeeze 1 medium lemon in it. Mix it well and consume it every morning on an empty stomach for at least 2 weeks.
