sounds like a great diet I want to start this diet on Monday but here is the thing you say chicken how much chicken 3oz 6oz all you want and you say salad what are yall calling a salad lettuce, tomoato, cucumber,etc.are lettuce only ,also how much steamed veggies a cup a half cup yall need to be a lil more specific for people who really want to try this diet and make it work.

I totally agree with you all…..a little more details like low fat dressings/vinegret or oils…or none….stuff included in salads and servings…..reg serving sizes or since it is veggies and fruit maybe a bit more in instances where it is just the meal itself? I myself will try this starting this monday hopefully….given I can get all things I need from food store for the weeks……….I am gonna take a stab in the dark and do my own measurements to try….nothing outrageous…..

Also….in the mornings or the start of ones day…..many ppl like to drink coffee or hot tea with the caffeine to get started…….would this be allowed in this diet? Plain ofcourse………or……is orange or apple juice good since it is a form of fruit (if 100%)?
I saw on another website with this same diet and it was said coffee can be drunk, but black or with at minimum only 1 half and half. Check out website HealtHead, there are other sites that give more information.
This diet isn’t specific about if I can use spices, Pam Spray to bake Chicken or fish. Butter on bread?
I really want to try this and commit to eat, however I have the same questions about how much and can we use vinegerett on salad and what are portions sizes. I’m still doing it just have to use my own judgement and see how it goes. Wish me luck

I am trying it now, on my third day and have lost 4 pounds thus far. I eat about 4-6 ounces chicken breast, regular ranch dressing or lite Italian dressing but only a little bit. In my salad I have lettuce, tomato, cucumber and sunflower seeds. I drink 8 glasses of water per day. I’m not drinking coffee on the diet, but my sister is. I did eat a slice of cake and ice cream yesterday, a special occasion. I used regular seasoning for my chicken, season salt, accent, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

To Lisa, you may not want to do the fruit juice because a glass of juice can equal 2 -4 fruit.
I agree more info is needed. Chicken ounces, fruit size, salad dressing, liquids. For salad dressing I mix balsamic vinegar with stevia.
